If you already know which trips you’d like to do and the dates you’d like to go, we always recommend booking in advance. This helps secure your spot and ensures availability on your preferred dates, especially during busy seasons.

All trips offered by Sola travel  include return transfers in an air-conditioned vehicle.

We accept payment in cash once you're in Egypt, and we accept GBP, USD, EUR, and EGP. Payment can be made by card via a secure payment link.

Children’s prices apply to ages 4 to 11 years (inclusive). Children under 4 can join most of our trips for free.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or message with all the details of your trip. We will also reconfirm with you the day before, providing information on what you need, the pick-up time, and the meeting point. If you meet one of our reps at your hotel to book, they will also provide you with a receipt.

We would ask for a small deposit of 10-20% to confirm most trips. For Cairo and Luxor, we require a deposit of 50% to confirm the trip. This can be paid via our online payment system or can be paid by cash in resort.

If you cancel 24 hours or less before the start of the trip, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations made with more notice, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
